Stig Andersen Hvide also called Marsk Stig who was outlawed for alleged complicity in the murder of a king was the owner of Moellerup Manor House until 1285. The main building you see today was erected in 1681 but later rebuilt. Side buildings and parts of the home farm date back to the first half of the 18th century and so does the building housing the hotel and restaurant. Admission to the stables only after previous arrangement with the staff.
